Bailee Moore
Bailee Moore joined the Bridgeland Band program as Assistant Director in 2019. She directs the Symphonic Band and the JV Band in addition to overseeing the woodwind pedagogy of the entire band program. Since Bailee joined the Bridgeland team, the five concert bands have achieved consistent UIL Sweepstakes awards, and the Wind Symphony has been recognized as a Mark of Excellence Commended Winner. The marching band has been named a UIL 6A State, BOA Super-Regional, and BOA Grand National Finalist and was awarded the Sudler Shield in 2023. Ms. Moore also helped found the Bridgeland Symphony Orchestra, which was invited to perform at the 2023 Midwest Clinic in Chicago.
Bailee is passionate about serving the profession and is currently the Band Division Secretary and Judge Coordinator for TMEA Region 27. She enjoys adjudicating local Pre-UIL evaluations, beginner recitals, and Solo and Ensemble contests at both the middle school and high school level. She has also presented clinics at both TBA and TMEA Conventions.
Bailee holds a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University as well as a Bachelor of Music Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. She student taught in Blanchard, Oklahoma with Jenn Kauffman. Although primarily a flute and piccolo player, Bailee also served as trumpet section leader for the Pride of Oklahoma marching band and marched a season at Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps before aging out with the Troopers. She is an alumna of Kappa Kappa Psi and Sigma Alpha Iota.
