Bailee Moore
Bailee Moore joined the Bridgeland High School Band program as Assistant Director in 2019. She currently directs the Bridgeland Symphonic Band (Sub Non-Varsity A) and JV Band (Sub Non-Varsity C) and serves as the woodwind and visual director for the marching band. She previously served as a co-founding assistant director of the Bridgeland Symphony Orchestra, which was invited to perform at the 2023 Midwest Clinic in Chicago.
During her time at Bridgeland, Bailee has contributed to numerous program successes. The Bridgeland Marching Band has been named a UIL 6A State finalist, BOA Super Regional and Grand National finalist, and recipient of the Sudler Shield in 2023. The five Bridgeland concert bands consistently earn UIL Sweepstakes recognition, and the Bridgeland Wind Symphony has been recognized as a 6A Honor Band State Semifinalist and Mark of Excellence Commended Winner.
In addition to her work on campus, Bailee is an active member of the music education profession. She serves as the TMEA Region 27 Band Division Secretary and High School Band Division Judge Coordinator. She regularly adjudicates Pre-UIL evaluations, Solo and Ensemble contests, beginner solo contests, and other events across the Houston area. She has presented clinics at the Texas Bandmasters Association Convention in 2023 and 2025 and the Texas Music Educators Association Convention in 2025. Bailee is also an active member of the Cypress Winds Community Band, where she serves as Webmaster and Social Media Manager.Â
Bailee holds a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma. Primarily a flute and piccolo player, she performed with the University of Oklahoma Symphony Orchestra and Wind Symphony and played trumpet in OU Athletic Bands. Her drum corps experience includes Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps and the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps.
